  • Work on projects that will add significant value to the business and participate in professional development workshops, function-specific training, and business seminars often led by subject-matter professionals 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other interns in the FLEX community while presenting analysis and recommendations on a pivotal initiative to the senior HR (People & Communities) leadership team 

Requirements:

  • Actively pursuing an MBA or a Master’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources 
  • Leadership skills, ability to motivate change, and working knowledge of HR competencies 
  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, partner with business units, and articulate how HR can positively impact business effectiveness 
  • Passion for building a career in Human Resources

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Be Responsible for coding, documenting and maintaining scalable web applications in a fast paced environment.
  • Be Involved in conceptualization of product features, designing, development and debugging in the real time environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver products in an agile environment.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Java based microservices & system design architecture with Spring / Spring boot frameworks. 
  • Thorough understanding of Java Memory Management, Garbage Collection, Multithreading, Immutability & concurrency programming.
  • Good understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases. (e.g. MySql, MongoDB, Cassandra).

Desired Skills

  • Ability to break complex projects into modules and propose effective solutions in view of capabilities of existing platforms and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of distributed technology stacks like Apache Tomcat, Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Caching ( Redis, aerospike, memcache etc.).
